What's included...
All licenses for Lithium include Lithium Core, Web and Console on all supported platforms as well as all plugins and modules. The feature set is the same across all license levels -- the only difference is the limit on the number of devices you can monitor.
What's a device...
In terms of Lithium's licensing, a 'device' is a single physical or logical unit that is being monitored. Here's some examples: a server is a single device, a server running a web site, an ftp site and a mail server is a single device. Likewise, a switch on it's own is a single device and a group of switches that are stacked together are classed as one device. Essentially if the unit is addressed by a single IP address for monitoring it is one 'device'.

Support and Updates...
All license purchases come with "Standard Support" for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gets you email-only technically support from our staff and minor/bugfix releases.
You can upgrade to a higher level of support when you purchase Lithium by including a support option such as Guaranteed Support (24-Hour SLA), Rapid Support (4-Hour SLA) or Managed Support (4-Hour SLA with On-Call 24x7). All these enhanced support levels also include ALL software updates for the 12 months coverage period from date of purchase -- so you're purchase is 100% covered.
